Online store regulations

The online store is run by:

SZG Izabela Sakutova with its registered office in Malbork ul. Nowowiejski, No. 7, office 3, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland NIP: 5791577996, REGON: 220020015 (hereinafter: the Store).

The store, hereinafter referred to as the Store, sells goods using the website at, items offered on this website are sold through the company So Chic sp.z o.o. Sp. K.

Placing and confirming an order in the Store is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations as well as a voluntary purchase of the ordered goods and consent to the processing of the Customer's personal data by the Store for the purposes of the contract. Personal data is not shared with other entities for marketing purposes. The order is a purchase contract within the meaning of the Civil Code.

Execution of customer orders usually takes place on business days within 24 hours of the time the full payment for the order is registered by the Store.

In the case of a large number of orders, the usual 24-hour period may be extended. Orders are sent in the order they were placed.


In the case of cash on delivery orders, customers' orders are processed on business days 2-3 days after placing the order.


Store customers can be people over 13 years of age (K. C. Art. 11-24). If this condition is not met the contract is non-binding.


By placing an order by the Customer should be understood as adding products from the Store's offer to the Basket and paying for them.


Shortly after placing the order, the customer receives information by e-mail about the acceptance of the order for execution.The Store asks the Customer to provide correct contact details when placing the order and during communication with the Store - in particular the name, full e-mail address and telephone number. Incorrectly completed data may make it difficult or impossible to process your order and Store-Customer communication.


Payments for ordered products can be made via PayU payments, bank transfers to the SZG Izabela Sakutova account or cash on delivery, payment directly to the courier.


Acceptance of the order for implementation begins:
- in the case of orders paid by bank transfer - after the prepayment has been credited to the Store's account,
- for orders paid via PayPal - at the time of correct payment authorization.
- in the case of cash on delivery - immediately. The order is sent in up to 2 business days.


If the payment is not settled within 5 days of placing the order, the Store reserves the right to automatically cancel the order.


In case of unavailability of some products in the order, the Customer is informed by the Store about the status of the order. The customer can then make a decision about the method of its implementation (partial implementation, extension of waiting time, cancellation of the entire order). In the absence of a response from the Customer within 3 days, the Store reserves the right to send available items in the order or to cancel the order.


The time after which the ordered products reach the customer consists of the time of delivering the goods, if it is not in stock and the time that is needed by courier to deliver the parcel to the address indicated by the client, only working days are included.

On the day of sending the order, the consumer is informed about sending the parcel by e-mail.


The products offered by the Store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the Polish market.


A limited number of goods are intended for promotional offers and sales. Orders are processed in the order in which confirmed orders are received. In case of running out of stocks covered by this form of sale, the Store reserves the right to correct and send an incomplete order or cancel the order.


All prices visible on the Store's website are given in Polish zlotys gross (including VAT). These prices do not include delivery costs.


We issue a VAT invoice at the Customer's individual request, we attach a receipt as standard.


The customer may cancel the order placed by phone or e-mail at until the order is forwarded by the Store for packing.


In the case of orders consisting of several goods and to be delivered in one shipment, the delivery date will depend on the date when the last element of the order was completed by the Store, unless the Store and the Customer decide otherwise.
